Hello and welcome to EveningswithAddy, a small town girl trying to find the good in life.
This week I was swamped with work. Working a full time and a part time job is rough especially when you just got your first ever job in June! I am enjoying my internship though.
This week I am looking forward to calling my sister who lives in New Brunswick, hopefully spending some time outside if the weather permits and playing a game or two of Catan with my family.
Last week, I enjoyed going to see The Proude Islanders, a music group who play in the Willow Bakery and Cafe in Stanley Bridge during the summers, spending my day off puttering around town with my mom and finding out that my potatoes sold out at the Seacow Head Lighthouse.
My favourite place I visited this week was definitely the Willow Bakery and Cafe in Stanley Bridge. The cafe and bakery part wasn't open as it was after hours for the concert but it was an absolutely amazing show. It was also nice to spend an evening with my dad. The night for the two of us was fifty dollars with ten of it going towards fifty fifty which we won, seventeen dollars, a small pot of money but it was a cool feeling to win. Overall, it was a perfect night after eleven hours of working.
